ECU Reservation

Thank you for your interest in our airport arrival transport service for Edith Cowan University students. Please respond with the correct documents and information requested at the latest Two (2) days prior to your arrival date.

Documents Needed

  1. OFFICIAL ECU CONFIRMATION OF ENROLMENT or ECU LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE (Mandatory): This MUST be the Official Document from Edith Cowan University with the ECU Logo on it.
  2. FLIGHT ITINERARY (Mandatory): Must be full flight details from either the Airline or Travel Agent itinerary only.
  3. CONFIRMATION OF ACCOMMODATION AT ECU STUDENT VILLAGE: Must be a copy of your Contract, Tenancy Agreement (Mandatory). Note:  This is not mandatory for Private Accommodation however we still require full address details of your Destination.
  4. VOLUME OF LUGGAGE: Please provide all details including Number of Bags or Suitcases, Size and Weight in Kgs you will arrive with.
  5. MOBILE / CELL NUMBER: Please include your full number with area code and ensure you keep your mobile turned on when you land. This number will be provided to your driver in case there is a need to contact you at the airport.

Once the documents are submitted, your booking will either be confirmed or additional information may be requested. Please make sure to Submit the documents in a readable format in order to avoid delays in your booking.

This is a Free of Charge Service for 1 Student only and is valid for eligible ECU STUDENTS studying on the Perth Metro Campuses – at either Joondalup or Mount Lawley ONLY and for travel in the Perth Metropolitan area in a Sedan.

You must be a New ECU International or a relocating domestic student to be eligible for this free service.

This service covers the radius of upto 45kms from airport. Anything over it will be charged at $2.20/km

Maximum wait time to be 90min for international arrival and 45min for domestic arrivals starting from flight arrival time. After that, no show/Clear charge or to be charged at $1.10/minute for waiting. (If instructed)

Services to include maximum of 2 Luggages per guest. If more stuff, vehicle may have to be upgraded and price too.

If you are traveling with non-student friends and family, they are also able to travel with you for a fee which will be quoted to you once all details have been supplied. You may need to provide your Credit Card Details to have this additional fee charged.

If more than 1 student requires transport and wishes to travel with you, each student must submit their own form individually along with the required documents.

 Important

  • If you cannot make contact, please leave a message with your Number by Email or WhatsApp.
  • If you do not have a current mobile, please ensure you are contactable via EMAIL at all times.
  • If you CHANGE or MISS YOUR FLIGHT, you should notify TOWN CARS AUSTRALIA immediately, otherwise we will still send the Driver and will need to Charge you the Full Cost.
  • If you let us know of any changes in advance, we will in turn let you know if we are able to meet your new flight
  • Note :  We are unable to give a refund if notification is given with less than 24 hours in advance and if we are unable to cancel the driver in time.
  • If you miss a connecting flight En-Route through no fault of your own please urgently inform TOWN CARS AUSTRALIA of YOUR NEW FLIGHT ARRIVAL DETAILS and we will make every effort to change your pickup to suit.

    Covid Safety Requirements

    Please ensure you check and adhere to the current requirements on the date of your arrival for entry into Perth, WA.  As these change on a regular basis and even daily, please ensure you are prepared with your own masks and check the latest requirements for wearing of masks, quarantine etc.   Please also ensure you have your  “SAFE WA” App downloaded on your phone as you will need to log in upon arrival at Perth Airport.
